Can I return a product due to "change of mind"?
We will happily accept a “change of Mind” return for an exchange or refund for any reason, within 30 days of invoice if un-washed, un-worn and in original condition.
Classic Sportswear does not cover return costs therefore all freight charges incurred for product exchanges or returning product will be accepted by the customer. Standard freight charge of $9.99 will be applied for the service to re ship an exchange order if reason of ‘change mind policy’.
Please contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Authority Number and return shipping address details.
Returns must be accompanied by the below information.
Order Number #
A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5 business days from receipt or exchange processing within 48hours of accepting return.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org including image of faulty garment and you will be contacted by our customer service team within 48hrs with a Return Authority Number and return shipping address details.
If you have purchased and received a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement providing stock is available or a refund within 30 days of invoice.
If you have received a product with a minor fault, we will offer to repair instead of a replacement or refund.
